EVENTS are a big part of what we do!
KeyJ Foundation official launch of our Music Over Mind
The KEYJ Foundation held our first youth focussed themed event at the City Hall
auditorium on 23 July 2022. The event engaged the audience on two levels – through
wonderful live performances, as well as messages relating to mental health awareness.
Our first MOM event featured the powerhouse Craig Lucas, the dynamic Little Giants
sextet, newcomer Haze performing some of his own compositions and covers (and his
first income from a live performance), backed up by some of the Little Giants and hosted
by the charming Chad Chitter.
KeyJ Foundation Smaller Events
We aim to provide platforms for young talented musicians to showcase their talents to an
appreciative audience. These KEYJ Foundation events are held in small intimate venues.
Summer time often affords us with beautiful weather and a relaxed atmosphere – so that a
garden setting provides the right ambience for our musicians and supporters.

KeyJ Foundation Gala Event
Our first fund-raising Gala Event was held on 12 December 2022 – an incredible evening
of generosity, glamour and fun. Guests had the opportunity to dress up and enjoy and
formal dinner, accompanied by the smooth sounds of a bossa nova band, PB & J and our
fab DJ, Alister Harrison.
